Centre To Deploy 1800 Paramilitary Soldiers To Jammu After Terror Attacks

  The 18 CRPF companies - approximately 1,800 personnel - will be rushed to the Jammu region for deployment mainly in Poonch and Rajouri districts. Centre clears ₹19,744-crore Green Hydrogen Mission

  The National Green Hydrogen Mission, with a budget of $19,744 billion, was approved by the Union Cabinet on Wednesday with the goal of making India a major exporter in the industry and a hub for the production, use, and export of green hydrogen and its derivatives. The development will help India, one of the world's biggest greenhouse gas emitters, achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2070. Anurag Thakur, a Union Minister, informed media of the Cabinet's decision by saying, "The Union Cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has approved the National Green Hydrogen Mission." The mission's baseline budget remains at 19,744 crore. The government has allotted 17,490 crore out of this sum for the SIGHT programme, 1,466 crore for prospective pilot projects, 400 crore for R&D, and 388 crore for other mission-related components.
